Our Fitness Challenge allows you to have access to our top tier coaching in semi-private training classes, nutrition consultation, nutrition plan, daily compliance checklist and community support for 6 WEEKS.

Expert Coaching
Custom Training Plan provided and led by a certified strength & Conditioning Coach. No cookie-cutter or boot camp classes here…your plan will be tailored to your needs and designed to help you meet your goals
Semi-Private Training
You will have access to Semi-Private Training 2 or 3 days per week during our 6 week challenge. I will be right by your side to guide you through your custom training program and give you all the tools you need to succeed
Nutrition consultation & Plan
Following our nutrition consultation I will deliver a custom nutrition plan to follow throughout the challenge. no fad diets here! Your nutrition plan will be a sustainable way of fueling your body that can be continued after our 6 weeks is over
Daily Compliance Checklist
Brick by Brick, all of the positive choices you make each day will get you closer and closer to your goal. You will have access to a daily compliance checklist that will be monitored by me. The checklist will contain a list of positive behaviors that we will track throughout the challenge
